Servo-controlled, high-performance, versatile leaflet feeder…

• Mounted perpendicular to the packaging line, the GUK PA15 Leaflet Feeding System rotates leaflets 90º in order to transfer them in the orientation appropriate to the production line.
• Leaflets are loaded vertically on the servo-controlled conveyor-belt feeding system in the PA15's long 55" (140 cm) horizontal magazine.
• The long magazine allows easy continuous loading.
• The servo-driven transport system is synchronized with the packaging line by a master encoder, giving you accurate and consistent feeding.
• Its low-pile sensor sends out an alert and if the pile is not replenished, it shuts down production. 
• It handles leaflets up to 1/2" (12 mm) thick.   

Options…

• The PA15 is available with a left or right exit.
• Single or multiple units can be installed on packaging or production lines.
• The servo-driven conveyor magazine can be from 55" to 94-3/8" (140 to 240 cm) long.
• To save space, the PA15 can be installed parallel to the packaging line.
