The new hinge-style ZWT7 3/4 Transfer Unit streamlines the transfer of products from Station I to Station II and eases setup and changeovers.
Flat belts move products more effectively.
A quick turn of the knobs will adjust the exit point for placing product on the roller table.
The roller table which receives and moves products from the transfer unit to Station II, is split to allow the carrier rollers to be laterally adjusted, making it easier to align the product precisely.
The hinge-style ZWT73/4 can be maneuvered to allow access to the scoring shafts, and in the gear-driven FA73 Folder, the shafts can be rolled out for easy adjustment.
The addition of a Station II (and III) to the FA73's 12 plates and wide width will give you the ability to produce many fold patterns, sizes, and shapes for med-guides, patient and consumer information leaflets.
The FA73 can be used as the primary folder for MV Outsert Systems.

Feeds sheets up to 56-5/8" (144 cm) in length. The top suction wheel (1) , aided by air blasts from front and two sides (2), transfers sheets to the register table.
The Electronic Double-Sheet Detector (3).
Feeds sheets up to 40-7/8" (104 cm) in length. Its maximum pile height is 27-1/2" (70 cm).
Rear suction heads (1) on the FL3 lift sheets with the aid of air blasts while the top-suction wheel (2), shielded by a safety cover, transfers them to the anti-static alignment table leading to Station II.
